So, God,
Ground of All Being,
Creator
of the path,
of rocky earth,
of thorns, barbs and bristles,
and of the good soil.
Scorched, withered and choked
seems to be the produce of today
farmed from the labor of our hands and mouths.
Dare we blame the seed?
Ask for new seed?
Amen.
